|On the weekend of March 20, 2004, Roxby Downs held the inaugural Outback Fringe Festival. As one of the activities, Jimmy. C travelled to Roxby Downs to work with the local youth to paint the side of a building. Over the weekend workshops were run and a design was soon developed, which was then painted on the wall by Jimmy and local youth. The sturt desert pea, a common plant to the area, featured in the mural. On that weekend with all the other Fringe activities, Roxby rocked!
